"Walk" by Blind Melon for the first part, honestly, listen to that song, read the lyrics so you're sure to get it.
Achey song? It's a real toss up between two, "Japanese to English" by the Red House Painters and "In Spite of Me" by Morphine. If you want to cry, I highly recommend you listen to either.
